Rock, alternative, indie, punk, metal, with big names, breaking acts, and exclusive performances Reading Festival has it all. Reading Festival has and always will, lead the way in UK outdoor events of a similar ilk. Reading is a music festival designed by music fans, for music fans. The Reading and Leeds Festivals are a pair of annual music festivals that take place in Reading and Leeds in the United Kingdom and are run by Festival Republic (itself owned by Live Nation and MCD).

The dates for the 86,500 capacity Reading Festival are confirmed as on the bank holiday weekend, from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th August 2010 at Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire.

Line-up

The line-up for 2010 has not yet been announced. The line-up will be announced on Monday 29th March at 6.45pm.

Residents can get first dibs on Reading Festival tickets 48-hours before they go on general sale.

People living in the borough have the chance to buy two tickets for this year’s festival from 6.45pm on Saturday until midnight on Sunday.
