The Queen of Country, Dolly Parton has announced new UK tour dates as part of a huge World Tour planned for 2011 named “Better Day World Tour‎”. The country and western legend is back in the UK this year for her first tour since 2008, stopping off at The O2 on September 7. The tour also takes in Glasgow, Nottingham, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, Bournemouth, Newcastle, Manchester and Sheffield.

The dates will coincide with the release of a new album of the same name, featuring 12 new songs. The seven-time Grammy award winner will also be playing songs from her new record, which contains 12 songs that have never been heard before.
